Drew Marsh, Chair

As Chair, Drew oversees the general operation of the Caucus, by coordinating its meetings, newsletters, and major events. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Public Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and continued his activism through LGBTQ political organizing training at the Victory Institute. As a postgraduate Drew worked as a leadership consultant for Theta Chi Fraternity until 2017 when he returned to Michigan and worked for State Representative Tim Sneller, (D) Burton.

Currently, Drew also serves as the President of the Theta Chi Foundation of Flint, an organization that raises funds for scholarships for students at the University of Michigan-Flint and works as a member of the constituent services staff at Congress.

Genevieve Field, Vice Chair

Quentin ‘Q’ Groce, Treasurer (He/Him)

Q is one of the original board members of the Equality Caucus and focuses on development efforts and formation of strategic partnerships. For his day job he works for MLive Media Group, where he specializes in marketing & advertising strategy. He also serves as the Chair of the Flint & Genesee Young Professionals, part of the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce.
